Refund Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return your product within 14 days of receiving it. This is your legal right of withdrawal.

Exchange a product?
Would you like a different product, size, or color? No problem! Use our contact form, include your order number, and let us know what you want to exchange.

How to return an item:

  1. Let us know via the contact form that you want to return something so we can prepare the refund.

  2. We will then send you instructions on how to return your order.

  3. Include the completed return form in your package.

  4. Send your package to the return address on the form.

  5. Email us the Track & Trace code so we can process your refund as soon as possible.

Note: Without prior notice and if the return form is missing, we won’t be able to process your refund.

Canceling your order
You can cancel your order within 2 hours after placing it. After that, the processing begins and cancellation is no longer possible. You can still return your order after receiving it.

Return shipping costs
Return costs are the customer’s responsibility. Costs start at £6.95 

Non-returnable products
For hygienic reasons, products such as underwear, swimwear, hair and skincare items, earrings, and certain beauty products cannot be returned.

Received a defective product?
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us. We’ll send a free replacement the first time. If it happens again, you will receive a full refund.

Responsibility for returns
The sender is always responsible, including for returns. Make sure to include a Track & Trace code and the return form.

Each product comes with its own warranty. If you don't see any warranty information, feel free to contact us.

If the return is caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
If the goods are damaged or incorrect due to our fault, we will cover the return costs.
